About Mr. Jonah

Mr. Jonah Henthorne is a Percussionist and Music Educator from Wheeling, WV that specializes in drum set studies and methodology from his personal performance experience and his time studying under Brian Wolfe at West Virginia University.

After pursuing a degree in Music Education, he ventured into freelance work in both education and performance. Whether it is teaching and arranging/composing for Wheeling Park High School's marching band and percussion ensembles, performing with the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (upcoming), touring with local bands (Exit Angles, Alex Heflin & the Moot Point) that span multiple genres, or even organizing shows at our local Morgantown venue 123 Pleasant Street, he is driven on applying every experience for all of his students to better prepare them in their musical journey.
