About Mr. Simon
Simon Cheuvront is a recent graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree cum laude in May 2024. With a passion for music education and performance, Simon has dedicated himself to inspiring students across multiple musical disciplines.
Simon has been teaching private guitar lessons since 2020 and joined the faculty at Morgantown Piano Academy in 2023. His expertise spans a wide range of musical genres, including jazz, funk, soul, country, classical, and rock, allowing him to connect with students of diverse musical interests and backgrounds.

Current music teacher at Mason Dixon Elementary, teaching general music, band, strings, and choir to elementary students.

Serves as Orchestra Director at Clay-Battelle Middle School, leading ensemble performances and developing young orchestral musicians.
